LiftLedger is a web app (traditional + AI) that helps marketers run and interpret incrementality experiments (geo tests, time-based holdouts, and audience splits) without needing a data science team. It guides users through experiment design, checks whether the data is actually suitable (sample size, seasonality, spillover risk), and then ingests results from ad platforms and analytics tools to estimate true lift with confidence intervals. The AI layer explains results in plain English, flags common pitfalls (budget reallocation, overlapping campaigns, tracking breaks), and generates a one-page decision memo for stakeholders. It also maintains an “experiment ledger” so teams stop repeating the same tests, can compare learnings across channels, and build a credible measurement narrative over time. This is not a magic attribution replacement; it’s a pragmatic workflow tool for running fewer, better tests and making defensible budget calls.
