LiftLineIQ is a mobile + web AI app that predicts lift wait times and run congestion at ski resorts, so skiers can plan their day instead of wasting it in lines. It combines public signals (weather, snowfall, holiday calendars, traffic, lift status), optional user-submitted “line pings,” and resort-provided data when available to generate 15–60 minute forecasts by lift and zone. The app suggests the best next lift, when to break for lunch, and which areas are likely to get tracked out soon. It’s brutally practical: if the data quality is weak at a resort, the app shows a confidence score and avoids pretending it knows. Monetization is simple: a low-cost premium subscription for advanced forecasts and notifications, plus B2B dashboards for resorts that want to reduce crowding complaints without expensive infrastructure upgrades.
