LightAnchor

LightAnchor is a mobile app (with optional web dashboard) that turns circadian science into a simple daily plan: when to get outdoor light, when to dim, and when to avoid bright screens—based on your wake time, location, and real-world constraints. It builds a “light schedule” that adapts to your calendar, commute, and local sunrise/sunset, then nudges you with short, actionable prompts (e.g., 8-minute outdoor light window). It also estimates your circadian phase using quick check-ins (sleepiness, first-light exposure, caffeine timing) and optional wearable data, then shows whether you’re drifting earlier or later. This is not a sleep tracker clone; it’s a pacing tool for biological timing. Users can run 7–21 day protocols for jet lag, winter blues, or shifting to an earlier schedule, with clear expectations and warnings when goals are unrealistic.
