It also includes a quick nightly checklist (caffeine cutoff, last meal, exercise timing) and a morning “anchor routine” to stabilize circadian rhythm. The app is intentionally not a full sleep tracker—no wearables required—because most users quit complex tracking. You’ll get weekly reports that connect adherence to how you feel (energy, mood, sleepiness) so you can see what actually moves the needle. This is a traditional app with light AI personalization for plan adjustments.
