Users can plan trips, compare nearby sites, and get alerts when conditions cross a threshold. The app is brutally practical: it won’t promise Milky Way views if haze, humidity, or a bright moon will wash everything out. A lightweight community layer lets users post quick condition reports and calibration photos to keep locations honest. Monetization is straightforward: a free tier for basic maps and a paid tier for forecasts, alerts, and offline packs.
