LimoLedger is a web app with a companion mobile app for chauffeurs that turns completed trips into clean, defensible invoices automatically. It focuses on the unglamorous part of luxury car service: post-ride reconciliation. The system ingests trip data (dispatch details, timestamps, GPS route, tolls/parking, wait time, flight status changes) and produces an itemized invoice with supporting evidence attached. It flags anomalies like excessive deadhead miles, unapproved stops, or mismatched pickup times before the invoice goes out, reducing disputes and write-offs. For corporate and concierge clients, it provides a branded portal to approve charges, download receipts, and set billing rules (e.g., caps on wait time, pre-approved add-ons). The MVP avoids trying to replace dispatch; it plugs into what operators already use and fixes the revenue leakage that happens after the ride.
