LineageLock is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that sits alongside your existing MDM and ERP to control, explain, and audit master-data changes. It captures every create/update/delete event from sources like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake, then builds an end-to-end lineage graph: who changed what, where it propagated, and which downstream reports or integrations were impacted. The AI layer auto-classifies entities (customer, vendor, product), detects risky changes (e.g., bank details, tax IDs, pricing), and generates human-readable change summaries for approvers and auditors. Instead of trying to replace incumbent MDM suites, it focuses on governance and traceability: approvals, evidence, and impact analysis. Realistically, the hard part is integration coverage and enterprise security reviews, so the MVP targets a narrow set of connectors and a single domain (e.g., vendor master) to prove value fast.
