LineCheckr is a mobile + web app for sports facility managers to run repeatable court/field inspections and prove compliance. Staff walk the venue with a phone, complete standardized checklists (surface hazards, goals/hoops, lighting, nets, fencing, AED presence), attach photos, and auto-generate a time-stamped report. The system schedules inspections (daily/weekly/seasonal), assigns tasks, and escalates overdue items. It also tracks incidents and links them to inspection history so you can show due diligence when a parent, league, or insurer asks. This is a traditional app with light AI: AI reads photos to flag obvious issues (standing water, holes, missing corner flags, damaged nets) and auto-suggests repair tickets. Realistically, the value is not “cool AI”—it’s audit-ready documentation, fewer missed hazards, and faster maintenance turnaround.
