LineDrift

LineDrift is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) for operations teams who live in spreadsheets and dashboards but still miss the early signs of process drift. It connects to common operational data sources (Shopify, NetSuite, Zendesk, SQL databases, CSVs) and continuously monitors a small set of critical metrics: cycle time, backlog age, rework rate, SLA breaches, and throughput by team/line/site. Instead of generic anomaly detection, it uses “operational guardrails” you define (e.g., WIP limits, staffing assumptions, promised lead times) and flags when reality diverges—plus it shows the most likely upstream driver (supplier delay, staffing gap, ticket mix shift, machine downtime). The product focuses on fast setup, clear root-cause narratives, and lightweight daily workflows: acknowledge, assign, and track corrective actions with measurable impact.
