LineLedger is a web + mobile queue and scheduling tool for small service businesses that lose money to no-shows and chaotic walk-ins (barbershops, clinics, auto shops, repair counters). Customers join a live waitlist or book a slot, then confirm via SMS with a small refundable deposit or card-on-file hold. The app auto-adjusts ETAs based on real service times, staff availability, and drop-offs, and it fills gaps by offering earlier openings to the next best-fit customer. Staff get a simple “now serving / next / delay” console; customers get a link (no login) showing their position, ETA, and a one-tap “I’m on my way” check-in. It’s not trying to be a full POS or enterprise scheduler—just a lightweight layer that reduces idle time and makes the line predictable.
