LineLens is a mobile + web app for venues and event operators that forecasts and actively reduces bottlenecks (entry, bar, merch, restrooms) using lightweight data sources. Staff scan simple QR “checkpoints” at key areas, POS exports can be optionally connected, and attendees can opt-in to anonymous location pings via Wi‑Fi/captive portal. The system turns that into live wait-time maps, staffing recommendations, and push alerts like “Gate B now 3 min” or “Merch left side is fastest.” This is not magic: accuracy improves only if venues actually instrument checkpoints and follow recommendations. The MVP focuses on 1-2 choke points (entry + bar) and delivers clear operational playbooks post-event (what times spiked, what staffing would have prevented it). Pricing is per-event or monthly for venues with frequent shows.
