LineListPro

LineListPro is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly field forms) that helps public health teams turn messy case spreadsheets into analysis-ready line lists in minutes. Users upload CSV/Excel exports from EHRs, labs, or call centers, then map columns, standardize values (addresses, dates, symptoms), de-duplicate records, and flag missing or contradictory fields. The app generates a clear data-quality report, a cleaned export, and a simple epi summary (epi curve, age/sex breakdown, onset-to-report delay) that can be shared internally. It’s a traditional app with light AI assistance for column mapping suggestions and entity normalization, but it does not pretend to replace epidemiologists. The focus is boring but valuable: reducing manual cleaning time, preventing avoidable errors, and making routine outbreak reporting more consistent across jurisdictions.
