LinePilot is a mobile app (with an optional web dashboard) that helps theme-park visitors decide what to do next using real-time wait times, walking distance, show schedules, and your group’s preferences. It builds a simple itinerary that updates throughout the day when lines spike, rides go down, or you stop for food. The AI layer is lightweight: it learns your tolerance for waits, thrill level, and pace, then suggests the next 1–3 moves instead of forcing a rigid plan. The brutal truth: parks already have apps and many guests won’t download another. So LinePilot only works if it’s dramatically faster and more accurate than official apps, and if it supports multiple parks in one place. Monetization is realistic via a low-cost subscription for frequent visitors and affiliate revenue from ticket resellers and dining reservations where allowed.
