LinePulse is a web + mobile AI app that monitors production lines in real time and flags the few issues most likely to cause downtime in the next shift. It connects to existing PLC/SCADA data (OPC UA/MQTT), ingests basic signals (cycle time, stops, alarms, scrap counts), and produces a prioritized “next failure” list with plain-language root-cause hypotheses. Instead of trying to be a full MES (a losing battle against incumbents), it focuses narrowly on downtime prediction and action tracking: who acknowledged, what was done, and whether the fix worked. The app also generates shift handoff summaries and maintenance tickets with supporting evidence (trend charts, alarm sequences). Realistically, accuracy will start mediocre; the product wins by being operationally useful even with imperfect predictions through tight feedback loops and fast iteration on each line’s data quirks.
