LineSkippr
LineSkippr is a mobile + web app for fast-casual restaurants that reduces counter congestion by turning “I’m here” into a controlled pickup flow. Customers place orders as usual (via existing POS/online ordering), then join a lightweight virtual pickup queue by scanning a QR at the store or tapping a geofenced check-in. The kitchen sees a simple, POS-agnostic “arrival feed” that prioritizes finishing orders for people who are actually on-site, not just scheduled. Staff can throttle pickup waves during rushes, auto-message customers when to approach the shelf, and flag missing items before handoff. This is not a full ordering platform (that market is brutal); it’s a thin layer that plugs into what restaurants already use. The goal is fewer angry customers, fewer remakes, and faster throughput with minimal operational change.
