LineupLock is a mobile + web app for amateur and semi-competitive teams that makes attendance and roster reliability measurable and enforceable. Players RSVP with a one-tap commitment and a refundable “attendance deposit” (set by the team) that is automatically returned when they check in at the venue via geofence + QR. Late cancels or no-shows forfeit the deposit into a team fund (or cover field fees), reducing the constant last-minute scramble. Captains get a simple dashboard: confirmed headcount, auto-waitlist, and who is trending unreliable over time. The app also supports split payments for refs/fields and automatically closes signups when minimums are hit. This isn’t a highlight reel or stats tracker; it’s a boring operations tool that fixes the most common reason rec leagues fall apart: unreliable attendance and awkward money chasing.
