LineupLock

LineupLock is a mobile + web app for youth and amateur baseball teams that eliminates the weekly mess of texts, spreadsheets, and last-minute surprises. Coaches build lineups, defensive positions, and pitching plans, then publish them with clear playing-time expectations and automated confirmations from parents/players. The app tracks availability, late arrivals, and pitch counts in-game, and produces a simple postgame recap (who played where, innings, pitches, notes) that can be shared with families. It’s not trying to be a full stats platform like GameChanger; it focuses on the operational pain that actually burns coaches out: communication, fairness optics, and compliance (pitch limits). Monetization is straightforward: team subscription with optional league admin add-on. If you can save a coach 30 minutes per game day and reduce parent conflict, they’ll pay.
