LineWatch

LineWatch is an Edge AI quality-inspection app for small and mid-size factories that can’t justify expensive machine-vision integrators. It runs computer vision models locally on an industrial PC or NVIDIA Jetson, watching a production line via one or more cameras to flag defects, missing components, wrong labels, and packaging errors in real time. The app includes a guided setup: calibrate camera, define regions of interest, and label a small set of examples to fine-tune a model on-device or via a secure optional cloud training job. It outputs clear pass/fail signals, stores evidence images, and generates shift reports with defect counts and top failure modes. It also supports simple integrations (OPC UA/MQTT) to stop the line or trigger rework bins. This is an AI app with a traditional app shell, designed to be practical, not magical.
