LinkLattice

LinkLattice is a web + desktop personal knowledge management app that focuses on one thing most PKM tools fail at: keeping your knowledge base accurate over time. You clip or import notes from docs, PDFs, web pages, and meeting transcripts, then the app continuously checks for “knowledge rot” (outdated facts, broken links, stale summaries, and contradictions across notes). It generates a weekly “maintenance queue” with the smallest possible fixes: update a stat, replace a dead source, merge duplicates, or mark something as time-sensitive. The AI assists with proposing edits and citing sources, but every change requires explicit approval to avoid hallucinated rewrites. The product is intentionally not a full-blown task manager or writing suite; it’s a maintenance layer for whatever system you already use. If it can’t prove value within 2 weeks, it won’t stick—so it ships with measurable dashboards: rot score, fixed items, and time saved.
