LinkLedger is a web app (with optional mobile alerts) that helps marketplaces, gig platforms, and SMB fintechs detect payout and bank-account fraud in real time. It focuses on the moment fraudsters monetize: changing bank details, adding new payout methods, or initiating high-risk withdrawals. The app builds a risk score using device fingerprinting, behavioral signals (typing cadence, session anomalies), and payout-graph analysis (many accounts funneling to the same bank, rapid bank swaps, mule patterns). It plugs into your product via a lightweight API and webhook events, then returns a decision: allow, step-up verification, hold for review, or block. A simple case-management queue lets ops teams review flagged events, see evidence, and export outcomes back to your system. It’s an AI + traditional rules engine: rules for clear policy, ML for pattern discovery. Realistically, it won’t catch everything, but it can reduce the most expensive losses quickly.
