LinkLedger

LinkLedger is a web app (with optional browser extension) that continuously scans your internal knowledge base and flags “knowledge rot” signals: broken links, redirected URLs, stale external references, missing attachments, and pages that cite outdated sources. It creates a prioritized fix queue with clear owners, suggested replacements, and one-click tasks for Jira/Linear. The AI layer proposes updated sources and drafts replacement snippets, but it never auto-publishes—humans approve changes to avoid hallucinated edits. The product focuses on the unglamorous maintenance work most teams ignore until support tickets spike. It integrates with common KBs (Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, GitBook, Zendesk Guide) and runs on a schedule, producing a simple “KB health score” and weekly digest. If you can’t keep your KB accurate, it becomes a liability; LinkLedger makes upkeep measurable and manageable.
