LinkLedger

LinkLedger is a web app (with a lightweight browser extension) that continuously audits links inside your blog posts and newsletter archives. It flags broken URLs, paywalled pages, tracking redirects, and content that changed meaning (e.g., a referenced page now 404s or becomes unrelated). For each issue, it suggests fixes: swap to an archived snapshot, find an equivalent source, or update the anchor text and context. It also generates a weekly “content health” report showing which posts are decaying and which outbound domains are most unreliable. This is not a glamorous growth tool; it’s maintenance that protects credibility, SEO, and reader trust. The product is intentionally narrow: link integrity and citation reliability for creators who publish evergreen content and keep it live for years.
