LinkLedger

LinkLedger is a web app + browser extension that captures what teams actually save: links, PDFs, and internal docs. Instead of forcing users into rigid note structures, it auto-organizes saved items into lightweight “collections” based on project, client, and topic, then keeps them fresh by detecting dead links, duplicates, and outdated versions. It adds fast, practical retrieval: search by keyword, source domain, date saved, and who saved it, plus optional AI summaries and “why it matters” notes that are generated only when requested (to control cost). The product is intentionally narrow: it’s not a full wiki, not a note app, and not a task manager. It’s a shared, searchable memory for references that otherwise disappear into Slack, bookmarks, and random folders. If it can’t save time within a week, it’s not worth keeping.
