LinkLedger
LinkLedger is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that sits alongside an existing Master Patient Index and focuses on one painful gap: defensible, repeatable patient-identity merge decisions. It ingests ADT/HL7 and FHIR Patient feeds, flags high-risk duplicates, and guides staff through a structured review workflow. Every action is logged as an evidence packet: fields compared, source systems, match scores, reviewer notes, and a replayable timeline of what changed and why. An AI assist suggests likely matches and highlights conflicting demographics, but the tool is built for human sign-off and compliance-first operations. The goal is not to replace the MPI; it’s to reduce bad merges, speed up good merges, and make audits and patient-safety investigations less chaotic. Expect heavy integration work and long sales cycles, but if you can land even a few mid-sized health systems, it becomes sticky.
