ListHygiene is a web app (with optional Gmail/Outlook add-ons) that continuously audits your newsletter list health and prevents silent deliverability decay. It connects to ESPs (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, Customer.io) and mailbox providers to detect risky segments: role accounts, likely spam traps, chronic non-openers, high bounce domains, and suspicious signups. It then recommends and can automatically run “safe pruning” workflows: reconfirmation sequences, suppression rules, and gradual warm-down schedules to avoid sudden list drops that trigger filters. You get a single health score, domain-level risk breakdown, and plain-language actions (“Stop mailing these 2,143 addresses; they’re hurting inbox placement”). This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional rules for known deliverability signals plus AI to spot anomalous signup patterns and predict which segments are most likely to cause spam complaints.
