LitHold
LitHold is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for issuing, tracking, and proving litigation holds across email, chat, files, and endpoint devices. It centralizes hold notices, acknowledgements, reminders, custodian interviews, and defensible audit trails so legal teams can show “reasonable steps” without drowning in spreadsheets. The AI layer helps classify custodians, suggest likely data sources, draft hold notices in plain language, and flag non-responsive custodians or risky behaviors (e.g., sudden file deletions) based on connector metadata—not by reading privileged content. Integrations focus on the systems that matter in real disputes: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack/Teams, and common endpoint/MDM tools. Reporting is built for outside counsel and courts: timestamped actions, escalation history, and exportable logs. This is not full eDiscovery; it’s the unsexy but critical front-end that prevents spoliation sanctions.
