LitSerial is a web + mobile literary platform for writers publishing stories in episodes, built around retention and revenue rather than vanity metrics. Authors get a clean editor, scheduled releases, and a reader funnel that shows where people drop off, which chapters convert to follows, and which tags actually bring returning readers. Readers get a fast, distraction-free experience with smart notifications, offline reading, and optional paid “season passes” or tip jars. This is not a generic social network for writers; it’s a focused serial-publishing engine with lightweight community features (comments per episode, spoiler controls, and moderation). It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps generate blurbs, episode recaps, and content warnings, but it doesn’t pretend to write the book for you.
