LittleLedger
LittleLedger is a mobile app (with optional web companion) for structured inner-child work that doesn’t pretend to replace therapy. It guides users through 5–10 minute “micro-reparenting” sessions: identify a trigger, name the younger need underneath it, choose one realistic action (rest, boundary, reassurance), and log completion. The core is a simple evidence-based loop: feelings → need → action → reflection, with streaks replaced by “reliability scores” to avoid shame spirals. An AI coach is optional: it helps rewrite harsh self-talk into age-appropriate reassurance, suggests coping scripts, and generates short journaling prompts based on the user’s patterns. The app also includes a “repair plan” for when users miss days, focusing on self-compassion and restarting without guilt. Privacy is a selling point: local-first journaling with encrypted sync.
