LiveProof

LiveProof is a web app + mobile companion for live shopping sellers that reduces chargebacks, “item not as described” claims, and post-stream disputes. During a live, the seller taps a product card and the app auto-captures a short, timestamped “proof clip” (5–10 seconds) showing the exact item condition, SKU/serial, and packing handoff. It generates a shareable order timeline: live moment, checkout, packing, label creation, and carrier scan. Buyers get a lightweight portal to view proof assets tied to their order, which increases trust without endless DMs. For sellers, LiveProof flags risky orders (new buyer, mismatched address, high-value cart) and recommends extra verification steps. This is not a marketplace; it plugs into existing live workflows (TikTok/IG/Whatnot/Shopify) and focuses on the unglamorous but expensive problem: disputes and refunds.
