Athletes log sessions in 20 seconds (RPE, duration, soreness, sleep, pain location), and the app pulls objective load from wearables when available. It calculates acute:chronic workload trends, monotony/strain, and simple readiness scores, then generates coach-friendly alerts like “hamstring risk rising—reduce sprint volume 15% for 3 days” with suggested micro-adjustments. It’s not a medical device and won’t “diagnose” injuries; it’s a practical decision-support layer to reduce avoidable overuse and soft-tissue issues. The value is speed and clarity: one dashboard for a whole team, automated check-ins, and a weekly report that helps justify load changes to athletes and parents. If you can’t get consistent athlete compliance, it won’t work—so the UX is built around minimal friction and reminders.
