LoadLedger

LoadLedger is a web + mobile energy management system for small-to-mid commercial buildings that already have smart meters or submeters but don’t have the staff to analyze them. It automatically ingests interval data from common utilities and meter vendors, normalizes it, and flags abnormal baseload, after-hours spikes, and equipment that likely got left on. The app focuses on “actionable proof”: each recommendation includes expected kWh/$ impact, a confidence score, and a simple verification workflow so facilities teams can confirm savings without spreadsheets. It also generates audit-ready reports (ASHRAE-style summaries, before/after charts, and change logs) to support rebates and internal budget approvals. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional dashboards and rules, plus AI for anomaly detection, natural-language explanations, and automated report drafting. Realistically, it won’t replace a full BMS—it's a lightweight layer for visibility and accountability.
