LoadLedger

LoadLedger helps knowledge workers quantify workload creep and reclaim predictable downtime without relying on guilt or vague “boundaries.” It connects to your calendar and optionally Slack/Teams to build a private, weekly “workload receipt”: meeting hours, after-hours messages, context switching, and focus-time fragmentation. You get a simple score, trend lines, and a one-click report you can share with your manager that frames the problem in business terms (capacity, priorities, staffing) rather than emotions. It also suggests realistic schedule fixes (meeting caps, no-meeting blocks, batching) and generates a short script for renegotiating deadlines. This isn’t a magic switch—if your culture is toxic, it won’t save you—but it gives you hard evidence and a repeatable process to push back, earlier, before burnout hits.
