LoadLedger
LoadLedger is a web + Slack/Teams app that turns “I’m slammed” into measurable workload signals. It pulls lightweight metadata from calendars and task tools (meeting hours, after-hours activity, task churn, response latency) and converts it into a private weekly “load score” plus a team-level heatmap for managers. The core is not time tracking; it’s early warning and renegotiation: suggested meeting cuts, focus blocks, and a one-click “capacity update” message you can send to your manager with evidence. It also includes a simple boundary plan (e.g., no meetings after 4pm, two focus mornings) and monitors drift, nudging you when your week is about to break the plan. It’s realistic: it won’t fix toxic cultures, but it can make overload harder to ignore and easier to address with data.
