LoadLedger

LoadLedger is a mobile + web app for gyms, teams, and training studios to track how hard their training equipment is actually being used—by session, by athlete, and by station. Staff scan a QR code on a sled, barbell, rower, or cable machine to log sets, loads, time, and issues in under 10 seconds. The app turns messy usage into simple maintenance triggers (e.g., “inspect cable after 40,000 lbs pulled” or “replace bands after 90 sessions”), and it keeps a lightweight service history for warranty claims and resale. It’s a traditional app with a small AI layer that auto-detects anomalies (sudden spike in reported friction, repeated “loose” flags) and suggests likely causes and parts to check. This is not glamorous, but it’s operationally useful and measurable: fewer surprise failures, less downtime, and clearer replacement planning.
