Drivers follow a guided checklist that forces the right photos (seal, pallet count, damage close-ups, BOL/POD), auto-stamps GPS/time, and uploads even with spotty coverage. Dispatch and billing teams get a clean, searchable “shipment evidence packet” that can be shared with shippers/brokers/receivers via a link, reducing chargebacks, detention arguments, and “it arrived damaged” claims. It also tracks dwell time automatically by geofencing facilities and prompts drivers to log arrival/departure with one tap. This is not a full TMS replacement; it’s a lightweight layer that plugs into existing workflows and focuses on one thing: faster dispute resolution and fewer revenue leaks. Expect pushback from drivers if it’s slow—so the UX must be brutally efficient.
