LoadLedger

LoadLedger is a web + desktop app (Slack/Teams-friendly) that turns “I’m overloaded” into a defensible workload record. It passively captures work signals (calendar load, meeting hours, after-hours messaging, ticket/PR volume) and lets users quickly tag tasks with effort and priority. The app generates a weekly “Workload Receipt” that shows capacity vs. commitments, context switching cost, and the specific sources of overload (meetings, interrupts, unplanned work). It also provides a one-click renegotiation pack: suggested trade-offs, what to drop, and a draft message to a manager that’s factual and non-emotional. For managers, it offers a team heatmap and trendlines to spot chronic overwork before burnout or attrition hits. This is not a wellness app; it’s a workload accounting tool that helps reset expectations with evidence.
