LoadLens

LoadLens is a web + mobile AI-assisted industrial energy efficiency app that pinpoints where electricity is being wasted at the machine and line level without requiring a full-blown energy management program. It connects to existing plant data sources (utility interval data, submeter feeds, SCADA/PLC tags, and historian exports) and builds a baseline for each asset’s normal load profile. The app flags anomalies like idle-running motors, compressed-air leaks inferred from compressor cycling, simultaneous heating/cooling, and demand spikes that trigger peak charges. It produces a short, prioritized “fix list” with estimated kWh and cost impact, confidence level, and the exact time windows to investigate. It also supports lightweight verification: before/after tracking and simple M&V reports that finance can accept. Realistically, it won’t replace an energy engineer, but it can keep plants from missing obvious savings due to lack of time and attention.
