LoadLens

LoadLens is a web + mobile AI-assisted energy auditing app for small and mid-sized commercial buildings that don’t have a full BMS. It connects to interval utility data (where available), smart meter exports, and simple on-site inputs (operating hours, thermostat schedules, fixture counts, rooftop unit nameplates). The app flags likely schedule drift, simultaneous heating/cooling, after-hours lighting, and oversized runtime by comparing patterns against weather and occupancy proxies. It produces a prioritized “fix list” with estimated savings, payback, and step-by-step actions a tech can execute (e.g., adjust timeclocks, tighten setpoints, add occupancy sensors, repair economizer). It’s realistic: it won’t promise perfect disaggregation; it focuses on high-confidence, low-cost operational wins and tracks results month-over-month to prove savings.
