LoadLens

LoadLens is a mobile + web AI-assisted sports science app that turns messy training data into simple, defensible decisions for coaches and athletes. It ingests session RPE, duration, GPS files (when available), and basic wellness check-ins to estimate acute:chronic workload trends, monotony/strain, and flag sudden spikes that correlate with higher injury risk. The honest pitch: it won’t “predict injuries” reliably—nobody can—but it can surface the obvious red flags teams routinely miss and standardize load reporting across squads. The MVP focuses on one sport-agnostic workflow: collect data fast, visualize load clearly, and produce a weekly coach report with recommended adjustments (reduce volume, swap intensity, add recovery). It’s built for small programs priced out of enterprise platforms, with exportable reports that satisfy performance directors and parents without requiring a full-time analyst.
