LoanProof is a mobile + web app that continuously audits your student loan account for common (and expensive) servicer mistakes: misapplied payments, missing autopay discounts, incorrect interest capitalization, wrong repayment plan status, and PSLF payment count inconsistencies. Users connect their loan servicer (or upload statements), then the app builds a timeline of balances, payments, and status changes and flags anomalies with plain-English explanations and evidence. It generates ready-to-send dispute packets (letters, call scripts, and document checklists) tailored to the servicer and issue type, plus reminders for deadlines and follow-ups. This is not a “magic forgiveness” app—most users won’t qualify for big wins—but it can realistically recover fees, fix counts, and prevent months of wasted payments. Monetization: subscription for monitoring + per-dispute guided filing.
