LobbyLedger

LobbyLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps advocacy teams document, verify, and report what they actually did and what changed—without relying on fluffy vanity metrics. It centralizes outreach logs (calls, meetings, emails), message versions, stakeholder commitments, and policy timeline events into a single audit-ready “impact ledger.” The AI layer auto-summarizes meeting notes, extracts commitments and next steps, and flags weak evidence (e.g., claims without sources). It also generates board-ready and donor-ready reports that link activities to outcomes with citations (attachments, links, timestamps). This is not a mass-blast tool; it’s a credibility tool for organizations that must defend their narrative under scrutiny (funders, journalists, regulators, internal governance). Expect some manual discipline: the app works best when teams consistently log interactions and upload artifacts.
