LobbyLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid lobbying shops, trade associations, and in-house government affairs teams track activity and generate compliant disclosure reports. Users log meetings, calls, emails, events, gifts, and expenses against specific bills, agencies, and officials, then the system maps entries to jurisdiction-specific filing requirements and produces audit-ready exports. The AI component classifies notes into required fields, flags missing data, and warns when an activity may trigger additional reporting (e.g., gift thresholds, event sponsorships). The product is intentionally narrow: it is not a full CRM and not a policy intelligence platform. It focuses on “did we record it correctly, and can we file on time?” Expect heavy onboarding around jurisdictions and strict permissioning, because mistakes are costly and embarrassing. If you can’t be trusted for accuracy, you lose customers quickly.
