LocaLedger is a web + mobile inventory location app for small warehouses, repair depots, and backrooms that have “some system” but still lose time hunting parts. It focuses narrowly on location accuracy: every SKU gets a canonical home (zone/aisle/rack/bin) plus optional overflow locations, with fast barcode/QR scanning to confirm put-away and picks. A lightweight audit mode guides staff through cycle counts by location, flags “impossible” moves (e.g., item scanned into a non-existent bin), and creates a simple discrepancy queue for supervisors. It integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and CSV imports/exports so teams can start without ripping out their current inventory tool. This is a traditional app with a small AI layer that suggests likely locations based on past put-away patterns and highlights anomalies, but it does not pretend to replace a full WMS.
