LockerLink

LockerLink is a mobile + web app that lets theme-park guests reserve and pay for lockers (and simple add-ons like phone chargers) ahead of time, then unlock them on-site via QR/NFC. It also supports “swap lockers” so families can move to a closer locker zone without repacking everything. For parks, it’s a lightweight operations console: live occupancy map, dynamic pricing on peak days, maintenance flags, and refund handling for jammed doors. This is not a glamorous product, but it targets a real, recurring friction point: carrying bags all day, wasting time hunting for available lockers, and dealing with broken kiosks. The MVP can work even without deep park integrations by partnering with third-party locker vendors or starting with smaller regional parks that control their own locker systems.
