LockerPulse is a web + mobile app for small and mid-sized locker operators and retailers running pickup points who are tired of blind spots: stuck doors, dead screens, overfilled compartments, and missed pickups that create support tickets and churn. The app aggregates locker health, occupancy, and pickup SLA performance into one dashboard, then alerts staff or field techs before issues become customer-facing. It includes lightweight incident triage (photo, error codes, remote reboot where supported), dynamic slot allocation rules (reserve larger boxes, cap oversize), and a simple carrier/merchant portal for drop-off scheduling. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify incidents from photos/logs, predict likely failures, and recommend rebalancing inventory across nearby lockers. This is not a consumer app; it’s operational software that reduces downtime and increases throughput per locker bank.
