LockLedger is a mobile + web app that creates a tamper-evident access log for smart locks across multiple properties. It pulls lock events (unlock, lock, code added/removed, battery alerts) into one timeline, then lets managers attach context: work order ID, guest reservation, vendor name, and photos. The core value is accountability: when something goes missing or a door is left unsecured, you can quickly see who had access and whether access was granted appropriately. It supports role-based permissions (owner, manager, cleaner, vendor) and time-boxed access windows, plus simple incident reports that export to PDF for insurance or disputes. This is not a “new lock controller”—it’s a cross-brand audit and workflow layer that sits above existing lock apps, focused on operational proof and dispute reduction.
