LockoutLens is a mobile + web app for managing Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures with verifiable evidence. Technicians follow step-by-step isolation checklists on a phone, capture required photos/video (valves, breakers, tags), and log timestamps, geolocation, and asset IDs via QR/NFC. Supervisors review exceptions, spot missing steps, and approve releases with an auditable trail. The system generates OSHA-ready reports, tracks device inventories (locks/tags), and flags repeat non-compliance by site, shift, or contractor. This is a traditional app with AI assistance: optional computer vision can auto-verify “tag present” and detect mismatched equipment labels, but the core value works without AI. It targets mid-market industrial sites that still rely on paper binders and inconsistent contractor practices, where a single mistake can cause injuries, downtime, and fines.
