LockoutLens
LockoutLens is a mobile + web app for maintenance teams to execute and document lockout/tagout (LOTO) and high-risk work steps with verifiable evidence. Instead of chasing signatures and messy binders, technicians follow a site-specific checklist, capture timestamped photos/videos of lock placement, try-start verification, and zero-energy state, then submit a digitally signed record. Supervisors get a real-time dashboard showing who is locked out, where, and what step is pending, with automatic escalation when a job stalls. The system stores an audit-ready trail tied to asset IDs and work orders, and exports to common EAM/CMMS tools. This is not a generic “safety app”; it focuses narrowly on the highest-liability moments where companies get fined or injured. It will still be a hard sell into conservative plants, but the ROI is clearest where audits and incidents are frequent.
