LogiReplay

LogiReplay is a web + desktop app for mobile-robot teams to record, compress, and replay “black box” mission timelines across fleets. It ingests ROS/ROS2 bags, logs, and telemetry, then reconstructs a synchronized view: map/pose, sensor snippets, planner decisions, network health, and operator actions. The core value is rapid root-cause analysis after a crash, near-miss, or SLA breach—without needing a robotics engineer to manually stitch evidence together. It also generates a shareable incident report with timestamps, key metrics, and annotated clips for vendors or internal postmortems. This is an AI + traditional app: AI helps cluster similar incidents, detect anomalies (e.g., localization drift, repeated obstacle patterns), and suggest likely failure causes, but the product still works without perfect AI. Realistically, selling requires tight integrations and trust in data handling; it’s not a casual consumer app.
