LogTriage

LogTriage is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams bot) that automatically clusters repetitive log lines and alerts into “incident candidates” tied to services, deployments, and owners. Instead of yet another dashboard, it plugs into what teams already use—Elastic/OpenSearch, Datadog, Splunk, CloudWatch—and produces a daily and real-time queue of the top emerging error signatures, regressions after deploys, and customer-impacting spikes. It enriches each cluster with likely change correlation (recent deploy, config change, feature flag), blast radius estimates, and a suggested next action (create ticket, page on-call, suppress, or add monitor). The AI is used for clustering, summarization, and correlation explanations, but the workflow stays deterministic: clear rules, audit trails, and easy suppression to avoid “AI noise.” It’s built for operations teams drowning in alerts and log volume costs.
